Yes, everything you need for a giveaway. Paper, scissors and appropriate vessel. I can't believe how many people signed up. I even let the lovely ladies who missed the cut-off join in. It's all in fun so I figure why not. I wish that I could send something to everyone.
I had my partner do the draw cause I couldn't bear to choose. And the winner is..... (drumroll)..... Sherrin of Starashan. She's a sewer too so I reckon she will get lots of use out of these goodies. OK, I'm going to pop across and tell her the good news.
Now, I'm going to start working on my Pay It Forward goodies for Danielle and Bec which will be good fun. Don't worry though I like this giveaway business so I might have to do another one soon. And, there will definitely be another art swap in the not too distant future.
Ok, time to catch up on some of my favourite crafty blogging peeps. It's been a while.

The festival is over and its time to get back to normality. It's always so exciting getting ready for a birthday and afterwards I sometimes feel a little flat when it all comes to an end. I'm not feeling too bad though. I had a fabulous, wonderful weekend with so much goodness. Here's an overview. - Lovely presents - the complete collection of Sex and The City on DVD, a gorgeous necklace, Lincraft vouchers, cooking utensils, fresh flowers, handmade cards, kind words and some coloured glass to add to the collection.
- Great food - a banquet at the Morrocan Soup Bar, French Crepes at Breizoz and a homemade feast made by Mum (soup, chicken pies, baked tomatoes and a ginger ripple cake).
- Good company - some great time spent talking and being with people who make me feel really special, who make me laugh, who challenge me and get me thinking differently about things, who make me feel comfortable to just be myself, and who always make me feel funny, smart and adorable.
- Lots of love - a person who spoils me, understands me, looks out for me, sticks by me, does everything possible to make my birthday special.
And now it's like a new year. How appropriate that I am about to start a new job and in many other ways as well I am entering what feels like a new chapter in my life. Don't forget that you have till Wednesday to sign up for my giveaway. I can't wait to see who I get to spoil. It has been a very productive week in the studio. I finished my Art Swap and have packaged it up ready to go to Two Cold Feet. Pop back on Friday if you would like to see what it looks like. I can't wait to show.

Well that means that you can expect a treat from BigCat in the post some time soon. I was so grateful to all the lovely women that joined in my art swap that I made a tiny little something for each of them. I also made a tiny something for Liz of Betty Jo Designs because I love my new brooch so much. I have been so humbled by my sojourn into Blogland. I am constantly amazed by the generosity and sense of community that exists here. I feel so lucky to have made so many new friends from near and far. So, this is my little attempt at saying thank you to the universe for taking such good care of me.
