Yep, all by myself. Not even a pattern. A Spoonful of Sugar had one on their blog. I showed it to Serena when she was here giving me a lesson and she said I could manage it. So I decided to give it a go. Turned out pretty good I think.
I'm totally addicted now. Let me sew, let me sew, let me sew. I can't get enough. This week's task is to cut out lots of totes and other goodies ready for a sewing frenzy on the weekend.

I've been planning on making one of those myself! But for coloured pencils for the bubster. It looks great!
Well, sounds like you are hooked. Big time! :-)
Sounds like you've got the Addiction! I have to say, of all the Addictions, it's a good Addiction to have!
I've never made one of those crochet hook cases, but I've always wanted to. I'm sick of the one I currently have. I suppose now would be the time to do it!
Great looking little crochet hook case. Sounds like you have lots of sewing plans happening.
Very smart!
You give hope to all of us doubtful sewers out here in blogland.
Great work BigCat! I love my knitting needle one, and use it all the time. I must admit the crochet hooks are in a pencil case... You have inspired me to whip one up!
Yah for a Big Cat!
You're turning into a sewing pro now!
Excellent job Cathy - love your fabric choice!
That's great! Well done. Welcome to the sewing addicts club ;)
That is fantastic and without a pattern - you are obviously a natural. Love the fabric too. Your work is beautiful.
