I Can Sew

Thanks to Serena for a lovely day of sewing and chatting. You're a great teacher. And now, I just want to sew up a storm. This won't be the last tote bag I assure you. I am raring to go.

The inaugural Thornbury sewing bonanza ended up being a quieter affair than originally planned, but a lovely one just the same. We missed Curlypops, Juddie and Starashan this time. However, I'll be planning another one very soon and hopefully everyone can make it. Let me know if you'd be interested in joining us.

Amazing fabrics. Sounds like you had a fun day.

Thornbury is right near my Father in Laws place so we will be in your neighbourhood in a few weeks time.

Well, how fun! Sewing and chatting. Could there be a nicer way to spend the day? The bag is wonderful! You are well on your way. :-)

Wow, that bag is seriously ace! The greeny fabric is unreal and I love the lining fabric too! I want it for myself! What a fantastic first effort.

I just looked at it again - really, I am totally in love with that lining fabric! Do you mind if I ask you where you got it from?
