This is...My Creation

I had a Moroccan dinner party last night. Chicken, lemon and olive tagine accompanied by beetroot salad, carrot salad and almond harissa couscous. It was delicious. A lovely evening with good food and great friends - the best kind of evening.

It's too hot today to do anything. I wanted to do some painting. I wanted to organise Art Swap. I wanted to go to the Stitches and Craft Fair. All I can manage is lying in front of the fan watching bad TV.

Maybe tomorrow...

It looks great... I'm sure it tasted even better!

Well those things can wait for times when it's not so hot right? It is nice to just watch tv sometimes...

I think I going to buy myself one of those cazuelas (sp?) that I saw in the local thrift store. - if they still have one of the two.
