My Partner's Become A Hooker

My partner has just discovered crochet. This is a totally new experience to me after 8 years living with someone who hasn't showed a strong interest in craft and has always teased me a little about my large number of projects in progress. Anyway, she's doing a pretty good job for a beginner don't you think? One night she said I should teach her how to do some crochet, and away she went.

Post Note: Ms L says thanks for all the lovely comments. She's enjoyed getting them.

Thanks for the comments on the title of the post too. I was inspired by a post I saw some time ago called "Happy Hooker" but I can't find it now. If it was you let me know so I can give credit where it is due.

Good job! And I love the colours.

Now she's up and running there'll be no stopping her. She'll be hooked!

Wow, look at that! Oh dear, do you need all of that yarn back that you gave away to me now?

No Curlypops. No need to return the yarn. She's a wool snob and will only use 100% wool.

And what a great job she is doing! In this colder weather I must say that woollen crafts are very appealing.

Oh man, she's a natural. How lovely to be able to sit together in the evening and quietly craft. Looks terrific!!!

That's fantastic! I can't believe she is a beginner!! I have been trying crochet on and off for the past few weeks and still have not finished one granny square. I aspire to be a hooker ;)
