Oh yeh, it's true. I think I love my slippers more than any other footwear. They are just so damn comfy - I can't beat them. I also love what they represent - comfort, home, relaxation and nowhere you need to be. I am particularly loving them this weekend as I am struck down with the dreaded lurgy.
Perhaps if I didn't have Size 11 flat feet my favourite shoes would be quite different....
Anyway, I'm going to park my slippers and take myself back off to bed. Oh, and thanks to ThreeButtons for the Meme, and choice of This Is... thanks to Hip Hop & Banana Bread
Be back when I'm feeling human again.

OMG size 11! You must find it difficult to find shoes to fit.
I love my slippers too...so warm and comfy.
Hope you feel better soon. I have a habit of taking my slippers with me in the car so after a night out I can drive home in snuggly comfort.
Oh do feel better...and HA! I have nearly the same slippers in black. I wore out a natural colored pair and had to pitch them lest I'd still wear them. Shabby Chic?!??!!
( and I too take them in the car when we go on long trips and I am the passenger. too funny. )
Ooooh they look comfy! I had to give up my addiction to cosy fluffy slippers when we moved to Brisbane :P
hope you feel better soon
Can't beat a comfy pair of slippers!
go the slippers!!
hope you're feeling better soon!!
Hope I didn't give you my lurgy( I say writing this in my cosy uggy's)
If it's any consolation, mine only lasted a week,so I hope yours is a short one.
.
Yes, I love to wear slippers to bed sometimes as well. Great pick.
Hope you start to feel well soon!
Kyla

Ahhh there's nothing like a great pair of comfy slippers ;)
Hi Cathy,
Sorry I missed this post and hadn't realised that you were sick... Hope you're getting better day by day.
BTW - I totally empathise with you about shoes. I'm a size 12, and A lady was telling me the other day that her teenage daughter is a size 13. Poor thing!
