Can't find your e-mail address, so will reply here if that's ok. About colours running when you felt jumpers - mine are always doing that - makes some interesting new colours sometimes, makes some disasters too! Always try and wash similar shades together, failing that, do darks with darks and lights with lights - never mix light and dark. Red seems to be the worst offender, so keep them on their own. Does this help?
